Qualifications

• 10+ years of Civil Engineering experience.
• Texas professional licensure required.
• Ability to lead and manage junior engineers.
• Proficient CAD/Civil 3D design skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering of projects, plan preparation and QA/QC of junior staff.
• Monitor project budget and schedule.
• Maintain client contact and relationships.
• Design subdivisions, grading plans, earthwork, storm drainage, and utilities.
• Prepare correspondence, specifications, and client meetings.
• Coordinate final design computations with review agencies.
• Prepare cost opinions, quantities, and pay estimates.
• Work extended hours as needed.
