Magrym Consulting seeks an experienced Civil Engineer to lead project engineering and management for public and private sector work in Midland, Texas. The role requires independent work, mentoring Junior Engineers and Drafters, and ensuring design quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include design of subdivisions and utilities, budget and schedule oversight, and coordination with agencies. This is an on-site position with opportunities for leadership within a growing team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Civil Engineering experience required.
• Must maintain a Texas PE license.
• Strong knowledge of engineering and data analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall engineering of the project, including design and permitting.
• Monitor project budget and schedule.
• Maintain client contact and relationships.
