Magrym Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer to perform site development, roadways, and subdivision design in Midland, TX. The role involves Civil 3D and related software, with collaboration across clients and the project team.

The candidate will work under an Engineering Project Manager to deliver high-quality plans, engage with clients, and ensure timely, budget-aligned results. Candidates should have a BE in civil engineering, EIT, and pursue P.E. licensure in TX/NM within two years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Minimum two years of civil design experience.
• E.I.T. certificate or ability to obtain within one year.
• P.E. license in Texas or New Mexico within two years.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Prepare engineering plans, design calculations, specifications, bid documents and cost estimates.
• Conduct engineering design under supervision of an experienced engineer.
• Create designs, sketches, diagrams, and final working drawings under supervision.
• Collect data and analyze under supervision.
• Communicate with project team, client representatives, and others as appropriate to the project.
• Visit sites regularly and attend meetings with clients/contractors as needed.
• Work to meet budget and schedule under supervision.
