FORESIGHT LAND SURVEYING & B.H. INC. is seeking an Engineering Manager in Utah to lead a dedicated engineering team and oversee technical execution for on-time, on-budget project delivery.

You will mentor engineers, balance hands-on design with strategic planning, manage budgets, and uphold safety standards while fostering career growth within a supportive, family-oriented company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 7-10+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) License required.
• Minimum 3+ years in a supervisory/management capacity directly leading engineering teams, managing budgets, and driving project delivery.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAE design software, engineering codes, and safety/regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA).

Responsibilities

• Balance hands-on technical guidance with strategic project planning and resource management.
