Job summary

Civil Science is seeking a Project Manager to support the Land Development team in Utah. The role combines design, project management, and client leadership to deliver high-quality public works projects and to mentor staff.

Ideal candidates bring a PE license, 5–10+ years of land development experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. You will lead projects through concept to construction and manage client relationships in a collaborative, employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed PE with civil engineering background.
• 5–10+ years of land development experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage land development projects from concept through construction.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and project performance.
• Perform and review civil design using Civil 3D.
• Serve as the primary client contact and build strong relationships.
• Mentor team members and support business development efforts.
