The role requires an active PE license, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, and 7–10+ years of progressive experience including 3+ years in supervision. Location options include Logan, Salt Lake City, or Vernal, UT.

Qualifications

• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 7-10+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• Minimum 3+ years in a supervisory/management capacity leading engineering teams and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, manage, and empower a team of engineers to reach their full potential.
• Balance hands-on technical guidance with strategic project planning and resource management.
• Drive project delivery on time and within budget, ensuring top-tier engineering standards.
• Maintain a proactive, positive leadership style while collaborating with divisional teams.
