You'll work on residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across Western Pennsylvania, handling site design, grading and drainage, utilities, and stormwater management, including work on challenging terrain and entitlements, permitting, and

Qualifications

• Experience in land development, site civil, or related infrastructure work.
• Strong communication skills and track record of delivering projects.
• EIT or PE license (or progress toward licensure) preferred.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead site design, grading and drainage, utilities, and stormwater management.
• Contribute to entitlements, permitting, and coordination with municipalities and state agencies.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants from concept through construction.
• Work on residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across Western Pennsylvania.
• For PM-level candidates: leading project teams, managing budgets and schedules, and owning client relationships.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Experience in land development, site civil, or related infrastructure work
• EIT or PE license (or progress toward licensure) preferred
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Pennsylvania municipal and stormwater requirements
• Strong communication skills and a track record of delivering projects
