Job summary

TYG is actively seeking civil engineering professionals to support land development and site civil projects in Central Indiana. You will contribute to greenfield and suburban development across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sites, guiding projects from concept through construction drawings.

The role emphasizes site layout, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management, with opportunities to advance to project management, budgets, and direct client relationships as you progress toward

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience in land development, site civil, or related infrastructure work.
• EIT or PE license (or progress toward licensure) preferred.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Indiana jurisdictional requirements.
• Clear communicator with a record of delivering projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Work on greenfield and suburban development across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sites.
• Handle site layout, grading and drainage, utilities, and stormwater management from concept to construction drawings.
• Manage entitlements, rezoning, and permitting with local municipalities and Indiana state agencies.
• Collaborate directly with developers, owners, and design consultants.
• For PM-level candidates: run project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and own client relationships.
