Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a civil engineer in Orlando to design and develop land development plans. You will prepare layouts, grading, drainage and utility plans, and erosion control details to support municipal permitting.

The role involves coordinating with surveyors, architects, and other disciplines, performing stormwater calculations, reviewing plans for accuracy, and mentoring junior staff as needed. Strong communication and multi-project management are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–20 years of civil engineering experience, land development focus preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• EIT or PE preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software.
• Knowledge of local and state land development standards and permitting processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Senior-level candidates should have project/client management experience.
