Job summary

AllTek is partnering with a regional client in Pittsburgh, PA to hire a Civil Engineer, Staff. You will join a full‑service environmental and civil engineering team handling hydrologic analyses, stormwater management, land development, and permit applications.

You will work on projects serving public and private clients, collaborating with regulatory agencies and traveling to local sites as needed while advancing technical skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and E&S design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 3–7 years civil engineering experience with hydrologic/hydraulic focus.
• Experience preparing site plans and E&S control plans.
• Proven permit knowledge including NPDES and mining permits.
• Strong AutoCAD and Civil 3D skills; ability to draft 3D surfaces.
• Knowledge of DOT permits and road occupancy permits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and stormwater projects.
• Develop site plans, E&S control plans, and permit applications.
• Support land development efforts and coordinate with regulators.
