Fehr Graham is seeking Civil Engineering interns for Summer 2027 in East Peoria, IL. You will support construction observation, review plans, and develop CAD capabilities while learning design computations.

Work may be in the office or field, and you will collaborate with engineers, environmental scientists, and team members to deliver projects. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, curious, and eager to contribute to a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate, four-year degree in Civil Engineering.
• Able to read blueprints.
• Works well independently and in a team.
• Strong communication/writing skills.
• Analytical and organizational strengths; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist with construction observation and quantify measurements.
• Review and edit engineering plans to Fehr Graham standards.
• Develop CAD skills and perform basic design computations.
• Adapt to office or fieldwork as project needs.
• Collaborate with engineers, environmental scientists and others.
