Job summary

Fehr Graham is seeking Civil Engineering interns for Summer 2027 to join a diverse range of projects across municipal and environmental engineering. You will report to a Project Manager and gain hands-on experience while supporting design, fieldwork, and office tasks.

The role emphasizes learning through real projects, collaboration with engineers and scientists, and opportunities to grow professional skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• You must be pursuing an undergraduate, four-year degree in Civil Engineering.
• You must be familiar with or able to read blueprints.
• You should work well independently and within a team.
• You should speak and write well.
• And you should have strong analytical and organizational skills. You must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist with construction observation, including measuring quantities and ensuring construction adheres to standards.
• Review and edit engineering plans to Fehr Graham standards.
• Sharpen CAD skills through office tasks and design computations.
• Support project teams in office and field settings.
• Develop leadership skills and autonomy through team collaboration.
