• Mentor civil engineers and designers, providing growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with project managers to monitor scope, schedule, and budget.

• Lead multiple design teams in daily operations.
• Develop staffing needs and distribute work to balance workload.
• Monitor project health (scope, schedule, budget) with team leaders.
• Maintain client relationships and project deliverables on time.
• Coordinate with MSG staff across surveying, environmental, geotechnical, and other services.
• Contribute to proposals and business development strategies.
