The role combines hands-on design with leadership of multiple design teams, mentoring engineers, and guiding projects from concept to delivery. This full-time position offers a base salary range of $140,000-$180,000, a sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance for candidates willing to relocate to Columbus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading civil engineering design teams.
• Strong ability to mentor engineers and designers.
• Demonstrated skill in coordinating multi-discipline projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple design teams in daily operations.
• Develop staffing needs and distribute work to balance workload.
• Monitor project health (scope, schedule, budget) and client relations.
• Mentor staff and contribute to growth plans.
