You'll assist with engineering calculations, field inspections, permitting, and site drainage design, contributing to residential and land development projects while learning industry standards and best practices from senior

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or equivalent is required.
• Basic skills with AutoCAD Civil 3D; ability to complete training quickly.
• Knowledge of design techniques and production of technical plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to challenges.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic civil engineering calculations (hydraulic, traffic, earthwork).
• Assist with analysis, field inspections, reports, permits, and drainage design.
• Assist in designing water and sewer systems for small and larger projects.
• Support grading and stormwater design for various site plans.
• Interact with clients to gather requirements and communicate progress.
• Assist planning, scheduling, documentation, and budget tracking.
• Collaborate with senior staff to develop practical solutions.
• Participate in quality control to meet standards and client needs.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
