Job summary

IMEG Corp in Bettendorf, IA invites applications for a Civil Engineering New Graduate position. You will assist with engineering analysis, design, field inspections, report writing, permit applications, and site drainage and grading design as part of an ESOP-owned firm.

You'll work closely with experienced engineers, receive mentorship, and contribute to municipal, transportation, and public works projects while growing your expertise from day one.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• Advantage: internship in building design consulting.
• EIT license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with engineering analysis, design, field inspections, and report writing.
• Prepare permit applications and support site drainage and grading designs.
• Perform basic calculations including hydraulic, traffic, piling, rebar, and earthwork balance calculations.
• Assist in designing water and sewer systems for municipal projects.
• Support grading and stormwater designs for site plans.
• Gather project requirements and communicate technical information to clients.
