Job summary

IMEG Corp is hiring a Civil Engineering New Grad in Dallas, TX. This entry-level role provides hands-on design, analysis, and project execution experience with mentorship and formal training from day one.

You will assist with engineering analysis, design, field inspections, permit applications, and site drainage while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet project goals. This role offers growth within municipal, university, and utility markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and ability to complete AutoCAD training sessions quickly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic engineering calculations and assist in design of water and sewer systems for municipal and private projects.
• Assist with grading, stormwater design, and site drainage for various site plans.
• Prepare reports, permit applications, and support client communications.
• Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and cross‑functional collaboration to meet deadlines.
• Support senior engineers with design decisions and ensure compliance with applicable criteria.
