Kimley-Horn's Panama City Beach, Florida office is seeking a Civil Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join their Water/Wastewater and Utilities team. This is not a remote position.

You will design water transmission and distribution systems, pumping stations, conveyance systems, and water/wastewater treatment facilities, while managing projects and coordinating with clients and regulators to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of relevant engineering design experience.
• P.E. license or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Municipal engineering experience including pump stations, pipelines, and treatment facilities.
• Experience with hydraulic modeling (WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, InfoWater).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with potential to lead a practice and manage clients and a team.

Aufgaben

• Design water transmission and distribution systems, pumping stations, and water treatment facilities.
• Manage project tasks, design, permitting, and coordination; guide less experienced staff.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to complete projects.
• Maintain high quality plans and review colleagues' work.
