Job summary

Kleinfelder’s Design team is seeking a Civil Engineer (P.E.) to join our Mid-Atlantic projects, including land development and power grid resiliency initiatives. You’ll lead design efforts across disciplines and mentor junior staff in a collaborative environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, 8–10 years in erosion and sediment control and post-construction stormwater, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and HydroCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in erosion and sediment control design, and post construction stormwater design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and HydroCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead design staff on site layout and grading.
• Design erosion and sediment control and post-construction stormwater.
• Prepare NPDES permit applications and land development documents.
• Ensure zoning compliance and design to state/federal requirements.
