The successful candidate will oversee design teams, manage site layout, grading, erosion controls, and stormwater programs across PA, WV, OH, and MD, while advancing professional licensure and collaborating across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of erosion and sediment control design and post-construction stormwater experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3-D, and HydroCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff on development of designs and plans for site layout and grading.
• Design erosion and sediment controls.
• Manage post-construction stormwater in PA, WV, OH, MD.
• Prepare NPDES permit applications.
• Submit land development applications per federal, state, and local codes.
• Ensure zoning compliance.
