Responsibilities

• Designs site plans utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Prepares conceptual grading analyses and site layout.
• Prepares and computes due diligence/site analysis reports and earthwork estimates.
• Assists in production of final construction drawings.
• Prepares permit applications for municipal agencies.
• Interacts with clients and attends meetings as needed.
• Collaborates with multi-discipline teams on projects.
