THE OPPORTUNITY

The firm is hiring Civil Engineers across all three offices to support a growing project pipeline. This is an opportunity to join a firm doing meaningful site development, utility, and infrastructure work, with real ownership over projects from concept through construction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop site plans, including grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway layouts
• Prepare construction documents, technical specifications, and engineering calculations
• Coordinate with surveyors, architects, contractors, and municipal reviewers throughout entitlement and permitting
• Manage project deliverables against budget and schedule
• Perform site visits and construction observation to ensure design intent is met
• Mentor junior engineers and support quality control across deliverables
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal codes and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5–10+ years of civil engineering experience; PE license
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD; familiarity with HydroCAD or similar stormwater modeling tools a plus
• Strong understanding of local permitting and entitlement processes in your market
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
