Job summary

SNIPEBRIDGE, a growing civil engineering firm with offices in New York, Houston and Washington DC, is hiring Civil Engineers to support a growing project pipeline in site development, utilities and infrastructure. Join a team delivering meaningful projects from concept through construction.

You will design site plans, produce documents, coordinate with surveyors and inspectors, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with codes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
PE license is preferred.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Design and develop site plans, including grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway layouts.
Prepare construction documents, technical specifications, and engineering calculations.
Coordinate with surveyors, architects, contractors, and municipal reviewers throughout entitlement and permitting.
Manage project deliverables against budget and schedule.
Perform site visits and construction observation to ensure design intent is met.
Mentor junior engineers and support quality control across deliverables.
Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
