Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for CIP and private development projects.
• Inspect projects for compliance with City standards and regulations.
• Assist in planning, design, and evaluation of construction projects; prepare calculations, plans, specs, and estimates.
• Review plans and contract documents; participate in bid processes and bid evaluations.
• Prepare construction cost estimates using historical data and judgment.
• Support engineering staff with calculations, data analysis, and development of standards.
• Ensure compliance with codes and city standards for plans, plats, and permits.
