Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED with 3+ years in municipal inspections or related field.
• Preferred: Associates degree; CAD/GIS experience and reading complex drawings.
• Ability to interpret codes, specs, maps and plans; work independently with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of public infrastructure and private development projects.
• Coordinate with contractors and City staff to ensure compliance with plans and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain reports, pay estimates, and notes on inspections.
• Assist with environmental compliance and safety practices during construction.
