Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication; ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Directs engineering functions for CIP, construction inspection, plan review, and ROW permitting.
• Oversees CIP project management, schedules, budgets, and contractor coordination.
• Reviews and approves public improvement plans and ensures compliance with city standards.
• Leads development of infrastructure master plans, funding strategies, and capacity planning.
• Represents the division in meetings with planning commissions, council, and external agencies.
• Manages a multidisciplinary engineering team and ensures timely project delivery.
