Job summary

Tesla Laboratories is seeking a Civil Engineer to support Design Technical Support for NAVFAC Northwest. Responsibilities include site layout, water and sewer design, stormwater calculations, and dashboard reporting using Power BI and Excel. Collaboration with NAVFAC and regulatory agencies is essential for on-time, compliant project execution.

Minimum 6 years in design management and civil design; a U.S. PE license is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of Design Management and/or Design experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform civil engineering tasks including site layout and grading design.
• Design water and sanitary sewer systems and perform stormwater calculations.
• Create project dashboards using Power BI, Project, Excel, etc.
• Coordinate with NAVFAC team members, leadership, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
• Review technical reports, designs, and submittals for compliance with requirements.
• Provide technical support for commissioning plans, submittals, and field inspections.
• Prepare and deliver briefs with project documentation to team and management.
• Ensure timely submittals, reviews, and recommendations.
