Job summary

Tesla Laboratories, a SDVOSB, seeks a Civil Engineer to support NAVFAC Northwest Design Division (PDC4) across Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build projects in the Puget Sound area. You will perform site layout, water/sewer design, stormwater calculations, and AutoCAD Civil 3D work, coordinating with government clients and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years of design management experience.
Experience with multi-disciplinary project design and NAVFAC or DoD work is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Government client and NAVFAC team members to execute project scope.
Create project dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and Project.
Review design documents, submittals, and cost proposals for compliance.
Prepare briefs and monthly status reports on cost, schedule, and findings.
Ensure timely submittals and adherence to customer requirements.
