Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required and PE licensed.
• 8+ years of experience in industrial site development required.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and experience on hyperscale data centers or advanced manufacturing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical due diligence and site development for large-scale data centers and industrial facilities.
• Perform feasibility assessments and design grading and drainage systems.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to support client investment decisions.
