Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Civil Site Engineer with 5+ years of site development experience in the Pittsburgh, PA area. You will design grading, drainage, stormwater and utilities, lead projects from concept through construction, and prepare plans and permit packages.

You will collaborate with clients and municipalities, mentor junior engineers, and drive projects to successful completion while advancing your career within a growing firm.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years of civil site/land development experience
• Strong grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility design experience
• EIT required; PE strongly preferred
• Civil 3D experience preferred
• Someone ready for more responsibility, bigger projects, and a real path to advancement
