Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Civil Site Engineer in the Nashville suburbs to design and solve site development challenges. You will work on commercial, residential, industrial and mixed-use projects in collaboration with a team that values practical, built solutions.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with a clear path for advancement. You should have a BS in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of civil site/land development experience, plus proficiency with Civil 3D

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering is required.
• 3+ years of civil site/land development experience is required.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D is required.
• Experience with grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility design, and site layout is required.
• Familiarity with permitting and local development regulations is expected.
• EIT or PE preferred if available.

Responsibilities

• Design civil site layouts for diverse developments (commercial, residential, industrial, mixed-use).
• Solve design problems and coordinate with engineering team.
• Assist with permitting and regulatory compliance as projects advance.
• Collaborate to advance projects toward leadership opportunities.
