Qualifications

• 2–8+ years of land development / site design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania codes, ordinances, and permitting processes.
• Strong grading, drainage, and stormwater design understanding.
• EIT required; PE or PE-track preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site layout, grading, drainage, erosion & sediment control, and utility plans.

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with land development and site design experience to join a growing engineering team supporting projects throughout the Reading, PA region. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments from concept through construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare site layout, grading, drainage, erosion & sediment control, and utility plans
• Perform stormwater management design and calculations
• Coordinate with municipalities and regulatory agencies for permits and approvals
