Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site civil/energy construction activities.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality compliance.
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction plans.
• Implement and monitor HSE on site.
• Perform QC checks and report progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and PM teams.
