Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site development engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of land development processes, zoning, and permitting.
- Excellent remote communication and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan and design site layouts, grading, and drainage systems for development projects.
- Coordinate with utility providers to ensure adequate service for new sites.
- Prepare site development plans, construction documents, and permit applications.
- Conduct site feasibility studies and preliminary design investigations remotely.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure project success.
