Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an I&E Design Project Manager to support a large-scale battery manufacturing facility project for a client in MS. The role involves coordinating civil design and construction, preparing project documentation, and managing multiple consultants with a focus on quality and client service.

Ideal candidates have civil engineering or construction management backgrounds, strong communication, and experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management on large-scale construction programs.
• Knowledge of civil design and construction processes.
• Client-facing communication and reporting skills.
• Experience with commissioning and design coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support and report to the assigned Project Manager(s) or Project Director.
• Coordinate and administer civil scopes through design and construction.
• Prepare documents: reports, schedules, invoices, RFIs, submittals, meeting notes.
• Maintain project information in management software and coordinate meetings.
• Communicate conceptual civil designs and maintain project documentation.
• Manage external design consultants and ensure design standards are followed.
• Oversee multiple fast-paced projects and seek cost-saving ideas.
• Coordinate commissioning of electrical scopes with the PM team.
