Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Architect for Internal Design focused on EV Construction. The role combines architectural work with BIM to develop scalable, compliant facilities across multiple locations.

You will lead drawing packages, site plans, elevations and details for concurrent projects, using Revit and BIM workflows to ensure documentation standards. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in architecture, is proficient in Revit/Autodesk Cloud/Bluebeam, and can manage multiple projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure.
• 6+ years of architectural experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, Construction Cloud and Bluebeam.
• Experience producing schematic design and design development documents.
• Experience with BIM model management.
• Strong understanding of construction codes and how to read them.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawing packages for multiple concurrent facility projects.
• Produce site layouts, feasibility studies and early-stage concepts for EV facilities.
• Produce site plans, floor plans, elevations and details.
• Research code requirements and produce site-specific analyses.
• Coordinate layouts with owner standards and criteria.
• Ensure consistency across a portfolio of prototype facilities.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate client feedback.
• Create and maintain Revit models throughout design.
• Perform model quality reviews and cleanups.
• Develop BIM standards, templates and shared parameters.
• Support data integrity and file management.
• Contribute to standardized prototype documents and reusable resources.
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency across recurring projects.
