Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an I&E Design Project Manager to join our team on a large-scale battery manufacturing facility project for a client in MS. You will support the Project Manager, coordinate civil design, and ensure high-quality client service throughout design and construction.

Assist in preparing documents (reports, schedules, RFIs, submittals), maintain project documentation, and liaise with external design consultants.

Qualifications

• College degree in civil engineering or construction management preferred.
• Experience on large-scale construction programs.
• Civil design experience required.
• Manufacturing or mission critical experience desirable.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office.
• Excellent client-facing communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support and reports to Project Manager or Director.
• Assist in managing civil scopes through design and construction.
• Ensure client services are delivered at high level.
• Prepare documents: reports, schedules, RFIs, submittals, minutes.
• Coordinate meetings and maintain project documentation.
• Oversee commissioning of electrical scopes.
• Coordinate external design consultants through design/construction.
• Communicate design standards to project partners.
• Manage multiple fast-paced projects.
