Job summary

EXP Global Inc. in Celebration, FL is seeking a Contract Support Specialist to support civil transportation projects.

You will perform basic contract administration, import information into MAC, measure completed work, read contract documents, and keep inspectors’ reports. Ideal candidates hold an Engineering Degree or equivalent with 4 years of CEI experience, FDOT/Expressway or FHWA project exposure, strong computer skills, and CTQP Final Estimates Level 1 and 2.

Qualifications

• Engineering Degree or High School Diploma with 4 years CEI experience on road/bridge construction projects.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment on work planning and technical decisions.
• FDOT/Expressway Authority or FHWA funded project experience preferred.
• Proficient in computer applications used for project office duties.
• CTQP Final Estimates Level 1 and 2 certifications required.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic contract administration for civil transportation projects.
• Import information into MAC system.
• Measure completed work to date.
• Read and comprehend contract documents.
• Maintain inspectors' daily reports of activities.
• Prepare monthly construction estimates.
• Monitor progress to ensure schedule and contract compliance.
• Assist in reviewing and modifying schedules, specs and drawings.
• Assist in preparing Supplemental Agreements and Work Orders per FDOT specs.
