Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Superintendent to oversee heavy civil projects, including water and sewer utilities, site development, and public works. You will ensure quality installations and compliance with safety standards on large commercial and civil sites.

This role emphasizes leadership, site management from start to finish, and collaboration with subcontractors, with a clear path for long-term advancement within a team-focused company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in heavy civil construction.
• Background in water, sewer, utilities, and/or sitework.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong safety-focused mindset with a commitment to maintaining a safe job site.
• Understanding of project profitability, budgets, and cost control.
• Ability to independently manage and run a job site from start to finish.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
