Urban Infraconstruction is looking for an Assistant Superintendent to join our Water Resources Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent in managing daily construction operations on water and wastewater treatment plant projects.
• Coordinate and oversee field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and equipment to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
• Support the installation of mechanical piping systems, fabricated pipe, process piping, valves, pumps, and treatment plant equipment.
• Monitor project progress and assist with short‑term and long‑term planning activities.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining project productivity and schedule commitments.
• Assist with material procurement, deliveries, inventory tracking, and equipment management.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Project Engineers, owners, and inspectors to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience on water or wastewater treatment plant construction projects.
• Strong experience with mechanical piping systems and fabricated pipe installation is required.
• Experience with process piping, valves, pumps and treatment plant equipment installation.
• Ability to coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors in a fast‑paced construction environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
