Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead civil construction projects focused on K-12, Healthcare, and commercial work in Virginia. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, including wet and dry utilities, grading, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and permitting, while ensuring safety and compliance.

You will serve as the primary liaison with school districts, owners, and design teams, driving progress and mitigating risks. Occasional travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and permits.
• Strong communication with school districts, owners, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• OSHA 30 certification and Procore experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of civil construction projects.
• Manage installation and coordination of wet utilities (water, sewer, storm) and dry utilities (power, telecom, gas).
• Oversee grading, site preparation, erosion control, and earthwork activities to meet specs and standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams; manage subcontract agreements and track performance.
