Job summary

CyberCoders seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead onsite construction for complex commercial and healthcare projects in Virginia. You will manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and budget compliance, while coordinating with Project Managers and leadership teams.

The role requires a track record of large-scale project execution, strong knowledge of construction means and methods, and proficiency with Procore/Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent construction experience.
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor.
• Experience leading field operations on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite construction activities for complex commercial projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to meet safety, schedule, and budget targets.
• Drive project schedules, sequencing, logistics planning, and look-ahead activities.
• Manage daily field operations in partnership with PMs and leadership teams.
• Maintain project documentation including reports and logs, ensure safety adherence.
