Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Project Manager in the civil construction space to lead grading, excavation, roads and underground utilities projects. You will oversee delivery from pre-construction through handover, ensuring safety, schedule and budget adherence with stringent quality standards.

The role requires strong technical civil knowledge, proven project management capabilities and excellent stakeholder and subcontractor coordination. Travel to project sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5+ years managing civil construction projects including grading, excavation and road construction.
• Experience with underground utilities and site earthworks; proven budget and schedule control.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil construction projects from pre-construction to handover, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and quality.
• Develop schedules, budgets and resource plans; monitor progress and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and on-site personnel to meet specifications and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations; perform site inspections.
• Review drawings, specs, change orders, permits and daily reports; manage documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to resolve technical issues and ensure constructability.
• Prepare progress reports, cost forecasts and risk assessments for senior management and clients.
• Oversee procurement, contracts and materials logistics to support timely delivery.
• Conduct QA/QC checks to meet project and regulatory standards; manage risk and claims as needed.
• Coordinate commissioning, testing and final inspections; manage close-out documentation.
