Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil site development projects across the Northeast and DMV. You’ll work with field teams, clients, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep schedules and budgets on track, from preconstruction through project closeout.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years in civil construction, a Civil Engineering or Construction Management background, and proficiency with Procore, Primavera or MS Project. Travel to sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of civil construction experience.
• Experience reading civil plans, specs, and site drawings.
• Willingness to travel to Northeast/DMV project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil site development projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee earthwork, drainage, utilities, and site infrastructure.
• Manage budgets, costs, schedules, and profitability.
• Coordinate with field team, owners, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor progress and provide cost and schedule updates.
• Lead project closeout and ensure documentation.
