Job summary

David Nice Builders is seeking a Civil Construction Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of civil/site construction projects, from pre-construction planning through closeout. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of field operations, client relationships, and commercial execution.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in civil/site PM, strong knowledge of contracts and drawings, and the ability to manage multiple projects with budget and schedule discipline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in civil or site construction.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, drawings, specs, and safety regs.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of civil/site construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor budgets; lead PM team and field staff.
• Manage contracts, submittals, changes, procurement, and risk.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to align scope and schedule.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality across projects.
