Job summary

Cardinal Civil Contracting, part of Cardinal Infrastructure Group, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead civil construction from pre-construction through closeout. You will plan, coordinate, budget, and schedule across residential, commercial, industrial and public works projects, ensuring safety, timeliness and budget adherence.

You will interact with owners, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and internal teams, managing budgets, change orders, and vendor relations while controlling

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in civil construction
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong scheduling, cost control, and reporting skills
• Proficiency with PM software (AGTEK, Bid2Win, HCSS HeavyJob/HeavyBid, MS 365)

Responsibilities

• Lead civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Coordinate with multiple divisions and site teams
• Develop and maintain project schedules and cost forecasts
• Prepare and review pay applications and cost-to-complete reports
• Manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
