Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for Civil Construction in St. Louis, MO. The role focuses on leading project teams to deliver high-quality, safe, and productive outcomes within scope, schedule, and budget.

You will coordinate all project lifecycle activities, manage schedules, and collaborate with owners, inspectors, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery and timely closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience performing project management responsibilities.
• Background of substation, transmission/distribution, and deep foundation drilling projects.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff, vendors, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead project teams to deliver successful outcomes with a focus on quality, safety, and productivity.
• Develop comprehensive project plans prior to project kickoff to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Build, manage, and strategize project schedules; recognize, identify, and rectify potential impacts.
• Coordinate all roles within the project lifecycle, from administrative functions to owner responsibilities.
• Work with suppliers and field supervision to coordinate material needs and ensure specifications match deliveries.
• Manage risk related to site safety, owner contractual terms, and city/county requirements.
• Collaborate with estimators to organize pre-construction meetings with key supervisors.
• Facilitate change orders and closeout documentation with clients.
