Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Project Manager for Civil Construction in St. Louis, MO. This on-site, permanent role leads project teams to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field and have 5+ years in civil construction, including substation or heavy‑duty projects. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Word is a plus, with strong client and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field required.
• Minimum five years of experience in project management for civil construction.
• Experience with substations, transmission/distribution, and deep foundation drilling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver on schedule, budget, quality and safety.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and kickoff alignment.
• Manage schedules, resources, and subcontractors to avoid delays.
• Coordinate with owners, inspectors, engineers, and vendors.
• Facilitate change orders and project closeout with clients.
• Read/write subcontracts and vendor agreements per contract terms.
• Support risk management and safety across the site.
