Job summary

MBC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to support field operations in Ann Arbor, MI. You will coordinate project information, materials, and resources with project managers and field superintendents to ensure timely execution and documentation.

You will assist in estimating, takeoffs, and bid prep while learning HCSS, Primavera P6, and Trimble tools. A strong team player with organizational skills and attention to detail will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Attention to detail and meticulous record-keeping.
• Effective written and verbal communication; able to collaborate with office, field teams, subs and suppliers.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Bluebeam Revu and AutoCAD.
• Willingness to learn HCSS HeavyJob, HeavyBid, Primavera P6 and Trimble Business Center.
• Dependable with valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Learn and uphold MBC safety standards, policies, and expectations.
• Coordinate project information, materials, resources, and daily needs with PMs and field supers.
• Submit and track underground utility locate requests via OUPS, MISS DIG, 811 or applicable service.
• Prepare and maintain logs for submittals and project documentation.
• Assist with purchase orders and subcontract agreements.
• Attend prebid, preconstruction, and progress meetings; document actions and follow up.
