Job summary

MBC Holdings, Inc. in Archbold, OH is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our field teams and project managers on heavy civil construction projects.

You will coordinate materials, track logs, prepare submittals, manage schedules in Primavera P6, and assist with cost tracking using HCSS HeavyBid and HeavyJob.

The ideal candidate has a degree in construction-related field, strong organization, and good communication, with a willingness to learn and grow within the project management group.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Effective verbal and written communication with office staff, field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project information, materials, resources, and daily needs with PMs and Superintendents.
• Submit and track underground locate requests and maintain project logs and submittals.
• Assist with purchase orders, subcontract agreements, and premeeting documentation.
• Support CPM schedules in Primavera P6 and track job costs with PMs and field teams.
• Develop familiarity with project plans, specs, and contract requirements.
